| Role Summary: |
The role of a Relationship Manager is one of the most important roles in the organization. From acquiring a customer to maintaining a healthy relationship, the RM will be responsible for all aspects of client relationship. The selected RM will get the opportunity to work with schools and shall play a major role in understanding the loan requirements of the school, recommend a suitable solution, walk through the process of credit appraisal and security creation and then nurture the relationship for times to come.
The RM will also get the opportunity to learn about and sell various third party solutions to existing customers that will help improve the quality of the school. |

| Qualifications / Experience Desired: |
| 1) |
4-5 years of sales/relationship experience in financial services (SME, Retail Loans, etc) or in the education sector |
| 2) |
Preference will be given to people who have worked in or with schools and have a flair for relationship management |
| 3) |
Post Graduation in Business Management or relevant field preferred but not mandatory; minimum requirement is that of a First Class Graduate Degree from a reputed institute

Should have good analytical and report writing skills; proficiency in using computer is essential |
| 5) |
Should have good presentation and client handling skills |
| 6) |
Good communication skills, local language knowledge essential |
| 7) |
Desired Age – 26-30 yrs. Energetic team player |
| 8) |
Conceptual knowledge of financial terms for those having no experience in financial sector |
| 9) |
Last but not the least, passion to work with schools with the objective of providing world class service to them; willingness to be on the field visiting schools |
