| 1. Brajesh Mishra - Director |

Brajesh joined ISFC in 2008 and is in charge of the overall business at ISFC.
Prior to joining ISFC, Brajesh was at ICICI Bank for 14 years where he worked in the growing consumer finance sector handling car loans, two wheeler loans and commercial vehicle loans. Later in his career he worked in the Rural, Microbanking and Agribusiness group where he got the opportunity to manage Agri-Commodity based finance to Agri-SME's, Working Capital Finance, Tractor Finance, Crop Finance and Rural Housing. Brajesh has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from MS University, Baroda.

| 2. Samir Mehra - Sales Head - AP |

Samir joined ISFC in August 2009 and has 8 years experience in sales, primarily in the financial services sector. In addition to driving the AP sales team for customer acquiring, Samir is also responsible for managing relationships with the existing client base as well as collections.
Samir has worked with organizations like Kotak Mahindra Bank and GE Money in the past and holds a post graduate degree in management from the Goa Institute of Management. |

| 3. Manish Kumar - Head - Product & Finance |

Manish is in charge of Product development at ISFC with a focus on strategic alliances and designing new product variants. He also manages Finance – including budgeting, MIS, cash flow management and accounts.
Manish has an M.S Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia and received his B. Tech. degree from IIT Mumbai.

| 4. Vijaya Lakshmi – Head Operation |

Vijaya heads the Operations team, which is in charge of processing loan applications, customer service and banking. She has experience in banking operations and has worked with ING Vysya Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. She holds an MBA from Krishnadevaraya University. |

5. Rajesh Ramanathan - Sales Head -Karnataka

Rajesh joined ISFC in Jan 2011. He is a Graduate from Osmania University and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from Indian Statistical Institute-Bangalore.
Rajesh comes with a rich experience of over 20yrs, of which 10+ yrs has been with Indian Air Force. His banking exposure is of 8yrs in Sales and Risk verticals. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank and RBS before joining ISFC.
