Pooja joined ISFC as an intern in the risk team and is presently working as a Risk Manager. She has graduated in risk management post her bachelor's in statistics and math.

In her current role she is responsible for the credit risk assessment of the loan portfolio. This involves analysis of clients' credit behaviour using various credit assessment tools and personal interaction.

Bhupendra joined ISFC in October 2009 and is the Civil Engineer for the company. He provides support on all the technical aspects of construction related project management as well as collateral security and in that sense is an important member of the risk management team.

He has 6 years of relevant experience and has knowledge of the dynamics of lending for construction. He worked with Pradeep Kaparthi Valuers & Chartered Engineers, ICICI Home Finance Co Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited and Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd in Technical Department. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kakatiya University Warangal, majoring in Civil Engineering.
